“I was very disappointed in the quality of product I received, the balloons did not last they exploded even when not over inflated.”

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We cannot see that you have contacted us prior to leaving your feedback with us. We sell 100’s of these helium packages every week with only very positive feedback, it’s very unusual for a balloon to burst when not fully inflated. “Delivery and all items excellent except the pinata which looked good but all presents fell out on first pull and on close examination we could not see how a streamer detached without pulling everything out - a small point but needs checking”

“The product I ordered were crepe paper rolls and they were exactly as I expected; the colours depicted on your site were true as represented. This was really important as I am matching some bunting I'd bought elsewhere. I am using the crepe to make a stage curtain, as a backdrop for a wedding reception.”

“The light up badges were old and the batteries did not work in half of them so they did not light up! Sad because I took them to Africa for a staff party with 100 Africans. The wigs were cheap but effective and enjoyed by all. Delivery was not as requested.It arrived when I was out and the office was closed. I may try again. Not sure.”
