“I ordered 2 banners from Partyrama my first purchase, the ordering was really easy and fast with no problems at all. The banners were shipped the same day as the order and I had a ship notification from Fed Ex to say they were en route. However 3 days later I had still not received them. I contacted Partyrama immediately as I needed them 2 days later. The gentleman was unbelievably efficient, apologized profusely, as the courier has acknowledged receipt of them and given my party was only 2 days later he said he did not want me to be without them, shipped another 2 banners for delivery pre 12 noon the following day (the day before I needed them) The banners arrived as promised which I was thrilled about, and the quality of them was fabulous I have had banners before and they have been quite thin plastic material these were not they were really good quality. Thank you for your superb customer service, and fabulous banners, I look forward to dealing with you again in the future”

“Very speedy delivery within 24hrs which was not requested but excellent! Helium cylinder as advertised to fill 50 balloons but we only managed 30 before it was empty - disappointing”

“Excellent! Quality of goods, really good! Service really helpful, I changed my mind on my order, the operator was really helpful, said it was easy to adjust and refunded the difference immediately. It is soooooo great to receive excellent customer service like that. Would I use them again? Without doubt! It's my mothers 70th next month and I will be making my order this week!”

“All items were delivered really quickly. I especially love the paper Xmas decorations can't wait to hang them up. Bought Hollywood themed decorations plus lifesize standee of Charlie Chaplin which was of really good print quality. Allow time incase items are out of stock if you have a date for your party! (I was lucky everything was in stock!).”

“Good promptly delivered but disappointed with customer service as I placed two orders within an hour of each other as I forgot some items off first order. I e mailed to ask to refund one delivery charge but they wouldn't oblige. I'll be shopping elsewhere in future.”
