“Disappointed with the cloths as I thought they would look like grass - however they were just green plastic and I am sending them back as soon as I can get to the post office. The one direction stand ups had been put in a small box instead of flat packed and the necks are very badly creased to the extent that they may loose their heads at any time. However, the customer services have been wonderful. I have another five lads on their way and my grand daughter will be thrilled I know. And as I said I will be returning the cloths in the next day or so when a refund will be made by yourselves. I will still recommend your overall service.”

“Unfortunately the three items of dollies I ordered were not packed sufficiently hence the Postman put them through the door and bent them all in half. However, Partyrama were good enough to reimberse me with half of the money as a gesture of good will. I shall be using them again.”

“Made an order that didn't come then was meant to gave a new order come 8am next day and it didn't come till 10 so was to late. I then had to chase them for my refund a week later.”

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Your order was dispatched on Wednesday 16th and the delivery was made on Thursday 17th, unfortunately the delivery driver left the parcel safe through your side gate and it’s our understanding that this could not be located. We started an investigation with our couriers FedEx, unfortunately to no no avail . We then agreed over the phone to have the order dispatched again on a Saturday pre-12pm delivery and we have this down as refused a 10am? Once we received the refused order back from our couriers a full refund was issued back to your PayPal account. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience caused. James (Customer service)

“Easy to use website. Good prices. Parcel delivered very quickly however very badly wrapped and was broken open on delivery with items missing. Emailed company who on receiving photo promptly posted replacement items. Will definitely use again.”

“Items did not arrive on time, despite speaking to the sales team I was assured the delivery would be met. Very let down! I was then told the order was cancelled and no payment would be taken. Payment was indeed taken and I had to chase for a refund. Awful customer experience on multiple occasions, will not be using again.”

We are sorry there was an overview on your order, we overlooked the fact that you had ordered pre-order items which take 3-5 days for us to get in, we are sorry about this and the member of our team that you spoke to has been retrained in this department. With regards to payment this is taken straight away as soon as the order is placed, we can see a full refund has been given and this should be showing in your account. “Unfortunately we did not receive the order from Party Rama in time for our event. We also sent an email but have had no feedback. Therefore, we are very disappointed. Let's hope that they come back to do the right thing and refund us.”

Your order was received on 2nd July at 16.59pm, our next day cut off is 16.00pm, due to this the order was dispatched on the 3rd on the 2 working day shipping option that was selected, we have this down as delivered on the 4th?
