“I paid for 1-2 working day delivery but only received my package after 3 days. When emailing the company I was told that there was a 2 working day turn around and this was nowhere in the terms and conditions. Unfortunately I am very unsatisfied with the service I’ve received”

“I ordered 200 bouncy balls from this company. The order took longer than expected to come and they also gave me 12 less balls than what I payed for. Not usually one to complain but I didn’t get exactly what I paid for.”

“Packaging was poor causing 2 products to split in bag and leave iron filings covering everything. I contacted party perfecto for replacements, no reply. Gave up. Wiped down other products so i could use them and made do with 2 less than i needed. The products supplied by party perfecto are decent enough, but if you order from them and have a problem don't expect any customer service, be prepared to pay for unuseable products.”

“My order was for a hen weekend. I was told it would ne delivered in time. It was due to be delivered on the Thursday but never arrived. On the Friday i went away without my gifts for the Bride!! Monday afternoon it turned up but was pointless!”
