“Received balloon in really quick time, lovely colours and great size. Inflated it last night but sadly it has deflated by this morning, disappointed birthday girl :( On inspection it has a split on the seam!”

“First time ordering. had a problem with some tropheys i ordered. Some had some marks and scratches on them. After a few emails back and forth to i finally got it sorted out. so i was happy with the outcome. Happy with the order when it got sorted out, the rest of the items were fine. happy overall. i will order again in the future and after having my complaint dealt with and getting it sorted out to how i needed it to be i will be telling other people who order items for cake decorations for toys to also come here too. thank you.”
