“Ordered late on Sunday evening from the website,order confirmation didn't come through until the Wednesday and said delivery by Royal Mail on their standard 3-5 day delivery. Delivery arrived late on Saturday afternoon and as I needed the item for Saturday evening I was relieved that it actually got here just in time. I guess in the present climate this was satisfactory... but a little close for comfort! Item is in perfect condition and exactly as shown on the website. All in all a rating of Good seems right.”

“Not a glowing review unfortunately. The toilet putty arrived and my daughter was so excited, she’d waited so patiently for well over a week for it to arrive. She pushed her fingers in and ..........they went straight through the bottom of the toilet. She was so disappointed! The toilet was thrown within 10 minutes of receiving the post. I wouldn’t allow her to buy it again, I know it wasn’t really expensive but I still don’t think it was anywhere near worth the money. So what with it taking so long to receive the item and then the quality being so inferior I wouldn’t use this company again.”

“I paid for 2/3 day delivery last Tuesday, you txt on Wednesday to say it had been dispatched and I received the item the following Monday.. not 2/3 days as you said.. I needed the item for Friday as a birthday surprise and it came too late.. really not happy”
