“I recently ordered Australian hats which arrived after just 3 or 4 days. Unfortunately there was one hat missing. But after an e.mail explaining this a hat was posted out straight away and arrived 2 days later. Excellent customer service.”

“Brilliant selection of party favours and other bits and bobs. Pretty speedy delivery. Not best packaged though just loose inside a plastic mailbag. It arrived with a small hole but thankfully nothing lost from it but not best protected I felt. Was amazed none of the plastic kazoos had been damaged!”
