“Products never arrived. This was clearly a Royal Mail issue as they delivered to incorrect address (no signature during Covid 19 times, so parcel was just left at wrong address, postman was new to area) BUT Party Perfecto refused to take the matter up with Royal Mail and admitted that the shipping charge did not cover insurance against loss, so they felt there was no need to help me with disputing delivery. I paid £67 for product that they know did not arrive. Royal Mail needed Party Perfecto to contact them to make a complaint and they refused to do so. Zero customer service.”

“I recently bought a few items from party perfecto , a couple were missing from the delivery , but when I contacted them I received an almost immediate reply , they were very pleasant and helpful and the missing items were delivered within a day or two. an excellent service , and I would certainly use them again .”

“Paid extra for quicker delivery order still hadn’t arrived so when message was told hadn’t been shipped yet even no apologises or anything and would be sent at later date after the birthday they where purchased for. Appalling customer service not bothered in the slightest”

“During lockdown, we've been entertaining ourselves with themed Saturdays and, last week, was Hawaiian Day. I ordered the inflatable palm tree at quite short notice and it arrived on time and, was exactly as described. Great service.”
