“Party Perfecto has good costumes with good prices but I was disappointed when I paid for next day delivery by 10pm on a Thursday, expecting it on Saturday(according to what was on the website) to use on Sunday. I didn't get my knight costume until Tuesday.”

“Party Perfecto gave me an incomplete order to start off with and then assured me they had sent a replacement, next day via express delivery. The items never arrived. I am currently trying to get them to refund me for the missing items, as well as delivery costs. In fact, Party Perfecto cost me an additional £20.55 in postage fees and £25 compensation I had to offer to my customer, as he items I bought were part of a Part Bag order I was fulfilling. Case opened with PayPal as no one will respond to my messages at Party Perfecto. All seems well when they get things right but when things are wrong, really, the company should own up and take responsibility.”

“The packaging had ripped open and I’m missing 3 of the bouncy putty I ordered. There was a claim notice from the post office but I haven’t done anything about it. Putty and party boxes ok however bit disappointed with the bubbles they looked a bit more vibrant on the picture and they haven’t all been filled to the same level. Over all ok.”

“It said next day delivery which I needed and once I had ordered I looked to track my order and it said estimated delivery 3 to 5 days. Not fare. 8 days later it turned up. Won't be using this company again. I could of got the items elsewhere and quicker.”
