“Have not received my order very dissatisfied. Yodel have had several texts to let them know when I would be in but no response. Cannot rate items as have not received. Use another delivery service as Yodel is diabolical.”

“Order arrived quickly and efficiently. I did have one thing missing however it was a very large order so only to have one thing missing was pretty good. I contacted Party Perfecto immediately and it was sent out and arrived within 2 days. Very helpful, good communication, would recommend!”

“Items sent where exactly as described I made a mistake with shipping and contacted customer service they reassured me my item would arrive on the day it was needed I was extremely happy and will be ordering from them in future for any events we have from now on the fans made a lovely touch to our wedding day as it was a warm day and helped people cool down”

“The packaging my items came in was shocking, there was no padding for breakable items hence two items turning up broken. No one available to speak to when I tried to call so I just had to deal with broken items. Definitely won’t be using this website for my party planning again. Also may I note, there was cigarette ash in one of the bottles of bubbles. Absolutely appalling!”

“I still have not received my parcel that I ordered over 3 weeks ago. The website has a great collection of products available however I unable to comment due to not receiving my delivery. Very disappointed as these decorations were for my mum's hen do and I out a lot of research into choosing where to order from.”

“We had a unicorn party for my daughters 7th birthday and I can not recommend it enough. Sam, the unicorn was absolutely wonderful and put my daughter at ease straight away. She was wonderful with all of them bringing prizes and sweets. Totally took the stress out of a kids party!!”
