“Took forever in the delivery (and delivery was not even free). They sent me the wrong part as well. The website and ordering process is stuck in 1990s tech! I still have the wrong part as they won’t reply back or provide refund. Avoid..”

“I ordered a window regulator for my 2000 VW golf. The garage who tried to fit the part said it was the correct part, but it had been altered, so couldn’t use it. He had to source another window regulator. Contacted Parts Gateway and asked him to speak to my mechanic to explain why it couldn’t be used and he didn’t bother to call him. I lost my money and had to dump the window regulator. Would have been very expensive to return the part due to the size. I only used this service as a last resort as the garages said VW don’t make that part any more for that model. I knew it wouldn’t be easy !”

“I ordered a replacement seatbelt and stalk for my 1964 VW reg HX64 UADGolf from two of your members. One sent me just the seatbelt the other sent me just the stalk. I had tried to contact both of these sellers by phone and email, and neither has taken the trouble to contact me. So to say I am not impressed by the service I received is an understatment. “Bought an a/c compressor which turned out to be a piece of junk and not the item that was on sale. PartsGateway agreed to take the return for a refund but despite returning and proof of delivery they have refuesed to refund and have ghosted me.”

“Honestly not happy at all. Ordered a mk 4 part and received a mk5. It took 5 working days to get to me when I got personally told it would be next day delivery. I emailed them on the day I recieved it which was Saturday and now we are on Thursday and I still haven't recieved an email back. No support anywhere. Not happy.”

“Hi I purchased a battery for a fiesta witch did not fit So asked for it to go back for a refund but they could not take it has was stock taking when they did pick it up they gave me a returned form and have been on phone and spoke to the driver and gave them proof off the return and still not been paid not GOOD”

“One of the companies that u deal with tried to rip me off buy showing a photo of postage package sent two weeks pass no item ,company said had been sent, on checking parcel force item was never posted ( fraud comes to mind)”
