When the headlight arrived I checked it before the courier left and it all looked in good order so I signed for it. Later I decided to check the bulbs prior to fitting the item to m car only to find that all the plastic adjusters were smashed with in the light itself. I have emailed Parts gateway 3 times and they have not even bothered to respond. If that's the way they do business I certainly will not be using them again and would advise every one to be cautious.

PartsGateway appear to have had a massive data breach. I've recived an email to an address setup specifically for them containing a virus with my full name, postal address, and phone number. In responce PartsGateway have suggested I delete my email address and they have deleted my data from their server, well it's far too late for that the hackers already have it. Avoid, there response to this hack has been woeful!! Full email from them below: Hi, We have been made aware of a spam email being targeted to xxx@xxx.co.uk. Unfortunately we were the victims of an attack where the perpetrators were able to gain access via a V Bulletin work forum to access the user database. We must stress no financial records are stored. We are currently going through every line of code from the last 16 years, taking various parts of the site offline and reviewing all security layers but as a small site with limited resources this will take some time. We are also due to migrate to new servers which will further bolster our defences. In the meantime can you please delete the email account xxx@xxx.co.uk to avoid any future exposure. We have also removed all traces of your details on the server. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Regards User Support www.partsgateway.co.uk

Twice I got sent the wrong part and the last company I use I gave them my card details over the phone and within 24 hours I had a card scam problem

On 29 Dec 2016 I ordered a wing mirror from We Do Wing Mirrors.com, one of your partners. I never received the wing mirror and received emails stating it was on its way and then lost. I asked for a refund and have similarly received emails stating "the refund is on its way". Needles to say I have not been reimbursed.

I got an email which is obviously intended to give me a virus - no company name etc using the email address I put on this site. The email said they had received an order when I had not put any order in. The Email address of the sender was noreply@automarketingexperts.com. - I have cancelled my account here !!

I gave the supplier the part no of the item I wanted but they sent me a part with a different number on it. it was not the right one for my model car. even though I gave my registration and chassis number

Did not send item as requested. Did not bother to let me know. Only found out they had not sent it after waiting three days and phoning to query when I would get my purchase. I now have a car in bits and no parts to fit on it. Very unprofessional will NEVER use them again.

Part not received. Fellside spares have been helpful but Yodel have lost the package, so ultimately a failure. Remains to be seen what Parts gateway/Fellsife do to resolve but curently I have paid but received nothing.

no control over the cowboys they have on their site i am out of pocket by £400 and they allow the same people do do the same things to others and no strike them off the site

We have contacted the seller you purchased from (Vauxhall Parts Ltd) who issued the following statement:- "We accept the customer states the gearbox is faulty however we cannot determine if this is through a fitting fault as we haven't fitted the gearbox we agreed to collect and refund YESTERDAY! We are in the process of instructing the couriers but the customer feels a few hours is clearly too long to wait"

I got sent the wrong part. I contacted the seller via voicemail and email but got no reply, eventually he anawered the phone. I told him the problem and he said that he would get back to me. I am still waiting.

The Head lamp unit that was sent is not the correct one. My car is NISSAn ALMERA REG BP53DZF. The unit sent has no indicator unit inbuilt. I am looking for a Head Lamp unit with inbuilt indicator for NISSAN ALMERA BP53DZF.

got part of one of your customers and it was all damaged when they removed it from the vehicle incorrectly,they then said i would have to pay return postage for there mistake,i then emailed yourself s and heard nothing back from that also ,so will be putting it on social media slating your company and the part company.

Two belts from the same breaker worse than my one then had one del from a northern breaker just about to send that one back in a disgusting state so yes not good

MOTORS IN MOTION LTD. Worst experience so far. To explain my frustration. The item arrived damaged being a door the bottom was bend to the point of no restoration possible. While the packaging was in perfect condition which would have made it impossible to damage by shipping company. To add insult to injury the seller was trying to sell me insurance way more times than anyone i ever dealt with. Bottom Line: Seller Sold item which was damaged trying blame shipping and if he succeeded in selling insurance blame it on shipping company.

Derby Autosalvage quoted on 4 wheel trims, I called 4 times to buy the parts and every time they asked my phone number and told me that they would call me back but never did. on my 5th call, they told me that they did not have the part. CANNOT BE TRUSTED - What a shame
