The part did not fit although I sent the registration number and they said it would and when I asked for a refund they said I had to send it back which will cost more than the cost of the part a complete rip off

I wanted a washer bottle assembly which i expexted the retaining clip as well, i recieved just the lid. Which by the way i could of Ebay, for £3-50 postage iicluded, I could have bought the whole assembly from Ebay which wsd the complete bottle cap clip for £19-50 pls p&p. I gave you a try but not again it was a rip of.

Avoid Thompson's at all costs! Appalling service, rude staff and ended up getting a refund after a month of waiting for a part they never had after taking payment. No matter how desperate you are don't buy. If it had the option for zero starts thats what they would get.You have been warned.

Still waiting for delivery of item purchested it is supposed to be delivered by ups but no tracking number it's been over a week now not very happy

Customers, beware of JField 4x4 Ltd, Gloucester. JFIELD 4x4 Ltd are Parts Gateway fraudsters. I ordered parts which were never delivered by the courier UPS. I will report JField 4x4 Ltd to the Gloucester Police and pursue this case in the law courts for my refund of £525.00 I transferred to JField. They will never get away with this fraudulent practice.

Supplier was awful. Almost non existent communications. Didn't send part when promised. Delivery mega slow. When it did finally arrive it was completely the wrong part. Have returned at my own cost (£7) and am still waiting for a refund!!! Two weeks later!! Disgusted.

The seller Seat and Skoda breakers duped me. My message exchanges will show what happened. They agreed to post to me and I paid them the additional shipping. Then they said its delivered to the parcel receiving office at Swindon, and today they say its delivered! when tracking shows delivered from Swindon on 25th itself. It takes 10 days for delivery to India. "ID:41565355 "

The supplier lied to me about delivery dates. Twice. The delivery date was crucial, and I was told 'next day delivery' on a Wednesday, which was the reason I went with them, rather than a rival. The part hadn't arrived by the end of Thursday, so on Friday I phoned up, and was told they'd sent the part that morning. On the following Tuesday, I called again, at which point, I was given a tracking code which showed me it had been dispatched that day (not the previous Tuesday, and not the previous Friday). My car was off the road for a very inconvenient week because of the repeated lies of the supplier. 7 Day Japanese Parts lied to me. Twice.

The part I ordered was more expensive than a new one from the main dealers. When it came I was discussed with its condition it had not even been cleaned.i just sent it straight back

I explained to the person what was wrong (Damon) but he was very rude and not helpful at all. Never will be shopping there. I wanted the wing mirror I explained to him I didn't get the unit for it hence the reason I wanted a refund. So as it states on reason for refund it's not I wanted a brand new one for second hand price. I wanted something I can use.

The part I received was incomplete and cracked so was totally unuseable. I returned it for a refund but as the postage cost me £5 I am left out of pocket and really got burned. A hard lesson learned, never again!

I ordered a gear box for my car . Supplier sent me a faulty gear box which is too noisy. I incurred a huge cost replacing my existing gear box. I think I waste my money relying on parts gateway.

The part was not good and I was told I will get a replacement. Waiting 24hrs from the time notified of expecting the replacement nothing came. Have to contact the dealer again in the morning which is frustrating and very disappointing
