Purchased a back light for my polo, they sent me an email to say that it was dispatched. The next day I received an email to say my money had been refunded. I sent them an email to ask what was happening with my order as the day before they told me it was dispatched and no-one got back to me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you actually want to receive your order!

Shocking service, paid £350 for a part and after 2 weeks part had not arrived and seller was ignoring the phone and messages. PayPal intervened and I got my money back so I listed the part again and yes exactly same happened again and after another 2 weeks seller was ignoring the phone and not replying to messages so again PayPal intervened and I got my money back again. Twice bitten will never use this service again.

I ordered and paid for a wing mirror. After 4 days it didn't turn up. I called the sender and apparently the wing mirror had been sold months before by partsgateway. I gained a full refund by the vendor and he apologised. Even after this Partsgateway continued to send emails to say the same part was for sale. Might be a good idea for partsgateway to remove products 9f there site that have been sold. Not a good experience.

I ordered a part - I was meant to receive a call to check if the part was suited to what I needed - I didn’t - instead I received a part in the post and now I can’t get in touch with the people who supplied it so that I can get a replacement and get the correct part!

Accepted my order and took money , then an email to say its despatched followed by email to say the part ordered wouldnt fit my car despite having given the car registration and directed to that part. Another email to say money would be refunded but still not arrived .

The item i ordered didnt work and they never sent return slip and its cost me £13 75 to send it back wont b ordering anything else.

I was sent the wrong part. A boot cover for a hatchback rather than estate (as ordered).Naz motors very friendly on phone and assured me they were sending the correct item but I had to spend an extra £50 on top of what I had assumed I was paying. I am still waiting for the replacement to be delivered ten days later

I ordered a wing mirror cover. I actually got a complete replacement wing mirror. The problem is the cover doesn't fit my car which means I'd have to pay a garage to fit the complete wing mirror I was sent - if they can. I've already paid £40 for this part and would be faced with probably paying that again (or more) to have the wing mirror sent fitted. I only want a wing mirror cover that fits that I can clip on. Not impressed at all. Complete waste of £40.

I was under the impression that when the number plate was given on the search the correct parts will be sent. I have a silver Crysler 300c and needed a silver exterior door trim. but got a brownish color one. Now I have to re pack this and send it back.

Still not received part. Not been given a tracker number. Got a feeling I'm not going to receive the part I ordered. Mot is due this weekend.

Sorry, just hopeless. On my PC the quote message was mostly black and I could not see the list of quotations but left my wife to buy the pipe from Ted4parts. A day or so later they rang to confirm I wanted the caliper, I explained I didn't want the caliper, I had described the part needed as the "metal brake pipe between ABS block and flexible to the NS front caliper" but apparently at the breakers they don't see this desciption, only key words are given, in this case N/S caliper. They explained that the metal pipes were cut rather than disconnected from the ABS block so weren't available. Transaction was cancelled and I think they have refunded me.
