I asked for a windscreen wiper arm for my car and quoted my registration. (Previously I had searched on eBay and based on my registration they could see that the parts they were selling were not compatible) I ordered from the first person who said they had it in stock but when it arrived it did not fit. I emailed them and told them and the reply I got was, return it if it doesn’t fit but the spindle is the same size so it should fit. I asked if it would take a 16” blade and the reply was I have no idea. It didn’tbecause it was fitted with a 12” blade . But my argument is that they should have checked before saying they had the right one in the first place.

I ordered a door mirror glass, using my registration number, from Ultimate Styling. The wrong glass was sent. I have requested action 3 times and am yet to receive any reply. Not the service I was expecting! It appears the problem is with Parts Gateway. Using Reg No doesn’t mean they match to your actual car, mine was 10 years out!!

Item not as illustrated (rust gouges also covered in dogs hairs) don't expect brand new but please don't illustrate what you don't get

I ordered a set of front fog lights which you stated next day delivery over a week later the y were still not delivered I contacted you and the man I spoke to said they had been lost by uk post he was not very helpful in settling the matter I have now had afull refund I will thank you for your quike refund.

Shocking experience Purchased a part from MIDLAND BM. Lied to us all along and still haven't received our refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPANIES QUOTE WITHOUT EVEN HAVING PARTS TO SELL! CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS YESTERDAY

I searched an item with a specific description. That description was responded to by a number of prospective sellers, and I eventually responded to and purchased the item from Hygrade Motorcent Spares. The item took more than the promised time to arrive, due apparently to ‘recent poor weather conditions’. When the item finally arrived it was not what I was expecting, and certainly match the specific description. Most unprofessional and most disappointing.

Well to start I had a long wait not such a problem as I said I was happy to wait for something near to perfection. The problem was that they had been packed and I must say well packed when the paint was obviously not fully dry. The wings although not damaged as in Transit damage, they resembled bubble rap the same as they had been packed in.. I have no choice now but to send them out to be rubbed down and repainted. Very disappointed and only shows where the internet can let you down, nothing like the personal visit or using reputable sources.

Asked for photo of required part which I sent and still sent wrong part. Ended up have to pay return postage as you wouldn't send me a returns label. Never again

even though clearly i specify what i wanted , checked 10 times make sure that i ordered the right stuff, still receive the wrong item, and send it back, and they don't have it in the stock what i want ,

CAR DOOR WAS DAMAGED WHERE FORKLIFT HAD LIFTED IT OFF THE FLOOR THROUGH WINDOWS DOOR WOULD NOT FIT CAR PLUS DOOR HAD LOTS OF SMALL DENTS WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Hi there I had order catalic converter for my car but not working.when I phone parts gateway I specially told make sure my parts work.but twice time they send same problem didn’t work.i had 10day in struggle.so I want return back your catalic converter.please return my money.i will call you tomorrow.

At first got a great surprise from Dewsbury breakers telling me they had the part at a fantastic price or so i thought, on ringing them as they asked i found them asking for the Mitsubishi part number which i haven't got so they could price the part accordingly , if a price has been quoted as far as i am concerned that is the price you pay or is it classed as false advertisng.
