Parts not sent and had to chase to get the part sent out. Somehow it was “missed” even though an email was sent confirming dispatch. Then when item was finally sent out it was the wrong part. Process took a week instead of 1-2 days. Dreadful and will never use again.

I ordered a rear light which arrived with a crack in it. Despite contacting the company over a week ago for a replacement or refund I continue to be ignored. This is not a service I'd recommend to use.

Seller cheated. I ordered a specific part number, the seller had no this part and sent wrong one deliberately. Very dishonest. Wais of money.

I am disappointed that I could not return this head lamp via dhl the driver said they would not act it at Vauxhall spares it took so long to arrive that I had to purchase from another company please arrange a return and refund

I ordered a window for my mum as someone smashed her window. I ordered as it stated next day delivery. With the order time and a bank holiday taken into account this should have been delivered on Thursday 2nd Jan. It was not. Someone contacted my mum on Thursday and said it would be with her on Friday, It was not, neither Saturday. It arrive Monday evening.

Have emailed about a issue had no response, bought a item final price was £99.98 which I paid by credit card then had a PayPal invoice for £119.98 I thought the final price was the price you pay!!!

Bought a part. Order confirmed, money taken, dispatch confirmed 2 days later. No part 6 days later so phoned and was told they couldn’t supply the part as they didn’t have one. Sorry heres your money back. Why the bloody hell did i have to phone to get my money back as it shouldn’t have been taken in the first place if they didn’t have the part!!!! Cant actually give zero stars

I bough a wing mirror by typing in my registration and the wrong one came in post. They assured me their systems said it would fit my car. This is a basic mistake and sloppy salesmanship

Very swift efficient delivery. Unfortunately the part supplied was of appalling quality. The part broke upon fitting, by an experienced mechanic, cheap plastic and not what I had hoped for. Very, very disappointed and annoyed!

Unfortunately i am not impressed at all, i ordered a part 8 days ago and to this day it is still not here and when i rang the number on my confirmation email it was out of order!

I have three elderly yet low mileage cars on which certain components are now wearing out. However, I will NEVER USE PARTS GATEWAY AGAIN when I need to source a spare. The hazard warning light dashboard switch stopped working on my 2005 Renault and as it is connected to the central locking switch the car is effectively off the road without it. New replacements are no longer available through the main dealer but I found several used items on Parts Gateway. The first - from DC Autos was duly paid for and I received a confirmation of dispatch email only to immediately get a refund notification with no reason given. So I still needed to source the part as the car was still off the road. The second - from Renparts was was also duly paid for and I received a confirmation of dispatch email dated 16th October. My mechanic was primed with the instructions to check the part before the delivery person left the premises as per Renparts' small print. However, nothing had arrived by the 22nd October so I chased it up as my mechanic was about to go on holiday. Out of the blue the package turned up with the postmark date of 26th October by which time my mechanic was away and the package was signed for by a salesman who was unaware of the need to check the contents for damage. A week later my mechanic returned, opened the package and found the part had only one of its four plastic retaining lugs still attached but that there were only two broken bits in the bag. It doesn't take Poirot to work out that the part was therefore damaged even before it was sent to me. So I contacted Renparts for a refund as the item they sold me was not fit for purpose even before it was damaged in transit. Have they replied? Have they f...!! So it's now off to the Small Claims Court. I WILL NEVER USE PARTS GATEWAY AGAIN.

Bought part ordered it never turned up till I emailed them then get told not in stock have all the hassle of refunding money on PayPal waste of time
