When part arrived it was broke and still waiting for my money back that was two months ago. I would never advise anyone to use complete rubbish and a con. now its 3 months and still no money back hey guess what 4 months and no call back and STILL NO MONEY BACK Would really advise never to use this site. please contact me on 07775334652 for advise. this is a scam and they should never get away with this . Now 5 months have passed and yet again NO MONEY !!!! They owe me £252 for a broken Mercedes sprinter turbo they sent me and to top it off it cost me £30 to send it back and still no reply or money back.

Wing mirror was broken and this was not obvious as it had been taped up inside so it could not be seen on first examination. Would not use this supplier again

My experience in ordering the part was Very good and the progress report I initially received from you was also very good. However, I am unable to comment further as I have not yet received the goods. Yodel have consistently lied about their efforts to deliver, I purposely gave my company address as point of delivery because we have a goods inwards department that is open from 6am to 7pm Monday to Friday and Yodel say it was not possible to deliver and they also say they left a card which again is not true. I am extremely disappointed as I need the part before Tuesday.

part received was broken. not impressed. £42 wasted. Will probably have to buy a brand new one now.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the item ordered from Derby Auto Salvage. Looking at the quotes message history, there appears to be no attempt from yourself to inform the seller of your problem. Please either message the seller using the box clearly displayed at the bottom of their quote or call the seller on 01332 265870 and they will assist you further.

Serious issues with the courier and the warning provided by PartsGateway Ltd advising that deliveries/parcels must be inspected before providing signature. Hermes do not allow parcels to be inspected, so therefore any person purchasing from this PartsGateway Ltd do so ENTIRELY at their own risk, considering the indiscriminate damage which occurs to packaging when consigned by their chosen and several other couriers. In my case, the arrogance of the courier, who would not allow inspection, meant that the consignment was classed as "refused" and returned back to the Department, which is not an accurate reflection as I merely asked to inspect the package before providing signature. Hermes do not have any means of signing for consignments as either damaged (as advised by PartsGateway Ltd), or alternatively as unchecked. I will not be using either any organisation who uses Hermes or PartsGateway Ltd again, unless they reconsider their courier arrangements.

unfortunately i have ordered my part and i'm still waiting this is about 5 days and this is should be an expiry express delivery but fortunately i'm still waiting i have not received my input thank you

I ordered a land rover part in January 2014. And paid for the item over the phone with my bank debit card, that was ok as I received the part with no problem, however exactly 12 months later to the day I received an Email from your company to say that the identical part had been dispatched to me, I have been unable to contact the company by phone as I now live in Spain to let them know, I am just waiting to see if a payment has been requested in my bank fir a part I neither ordered or want, DISSCUSSTING

The seller in question (Jon Daunter) made a system error by sending a dispatch email notification instead of removing the old order. No monies have been debited from your account or have any items been dispatched again. It was a simple clerical for which they apologise.

I ordered 2 parts and the 2nd from vdub shack took 3 more days to arrive, when it did arrive i had the part fitted to find the new part had the same fault, just not as severe. So a waste of time, effort and money and I would not recommend them.

Absolutely terrible! No communication at all. Orders cancelled without any reason. Orders supposedly shipped, funds debited from account only to find out there is no stock. Will never use again!

Hi, This is the response received from Sal-Ford & Vauxhall Spares Ltd - the supplier of the bonnet for your 1988 Ford Transit, the same day we forwarded them your 26/01/15 reviews.co.uk comments: “We apologise for the late delivery, the slower than would be expected response to your online communications, and the fact your order was delivered in the condition it was by our new couriers (our previous, CityLink having gone into liquidation the week before you placed your order).We are putting things straight and did contact customer to request photos of damage. These were sent over and customer was spoken to and offered a replacement once damaged bonnet is received back. We would point out that damage in the pics has been caused by our courier’s handling - the corners were obviously not bent before dispatch, and we make every effort to protect fragile items such as panels to the max. We are also trying to establish whether item was indeed signed for as “damaged” otherwise we cannot put a claim in ourselves if you sign for goods as being in good condition. Customer wants to decide what to do by way of resolution, and was last spoken to again at 11.30am as to how he wishes to proceed, having requested a picture (being sent) of any replacement bonnet currently in stock compatible to his vehicle. We have advised that due to the age of vehicle (van item is required for is 27 years old), any bonnet shall not be immaculate and will have some signs of commensurate wear. We where originally quoted £70 for 4 vents and a bumper and free delivery by Lisa at Sal-ford Vauxhall. We had to chase them for delivery first of all then when the delivery finally arrived we only received the vents. We where charge £80, which on calling was told that we where quoted wrong. We should have been quoted £35 for each pair of vents and then the bumper should have been £70. We should also have been charged delivery. The emailed quote sent to us was nothing like what we where invoiced for. We cancelled the order for the bumper and have now received the delivery cost of £10 back. Not happy with service from start to finish and wont be using again.

Hi, This is the response received from Sal-Ford & Vauxhall Spares Ltd - the supplier of the air vents for your 2010 Vauxhall Vivaro, the same day we forwarded them your 26/01/15 reviews.co.uk comments: “Customer was notified via telephone in regards to pricing of the air vents (£35 a pair). The £10 delivery cost was due to error (quoted as free, and reimbursed as customer has advised). Rear bumper was damaged and customer was left a voicemail as notification that this would not be sent out – although we accept that we had already sent an online msg notifying them that we had sourced & would be dispatching a replacement on 16th Jan. Customer was kept updated and our sales advisor Lisa did state if you do not wish to purchase the vents at £35 a pair, then we can cancel the order as no monies had been taken at that point. While customer stated that they felt this expensive, they still wished to have the items as they could not source these elsewhere. If free collection of goods supplied and reimbursement for cost of parts is required, then we are willing to do this. Supplier should have quoted you a “price per pair” to avoid any confusion, but could at the same time say that should you have required 2 pairs, you submit one parts requests but for 2 separate items, using the “Add Parts” link on the enquiry form. Regardless, we would like to sincerely apologise on behalf of this supplier for a 2nd time in one day for the late delivery initially, the non-fulfilment of your additional bumper request, the delivery overcharge and their not being explicit in their quote as to how many pairs of vents they were in fact quoting you for. I ordered a part six months ago, then when it was to be sent, I was told it was wrong but they would call me if it came in. Never heard back, but forward 6 months and I get an email telling me my part has been despatched. I know nothing of this ordered part....... Still waiting to see if it arrives or I get billed for something I don't need or want......

Still not received the part! £90 has been debited out of my bank account and still waiting! A replacement has been promised but still not arrived with apparently next day delivery!!! Will never use this company again

I used partsgateway to source a part from FPS Romford and the service was terrible. They sent me the wrong parts twice, were late on delivery and then dont refund your money after promising to do so after returning goods. There also never reply to messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Part was second hand broken and had to pay on top a mechanic his time for coming out to fit part which he realised was broken also I lost a days money from work to stay at home for mechanic ,not impressed at all
