“I'd not used the service before, but within a few hours of making my request I had a couple of offers for the exact part I needed. Engaging with the companies offering me the part was quick and easy, and both responded within a matter of minutes. From lodging the request at 8am to having confirmed my supplier and placed the order was less than 7 hours which is phenomenal. Part arrived quickly, is excellent quality, and I'm super happy....I would not hesitate to use the service again!”

“Hi The item was ok and in good shape . The only problem was the paint colour ,which I requested that they confirm that it is correct for the Vehicle Year. No responses to my email so need to answer questions by customers and not ignore I would only now go to a site that replies to customers information request PD”

“PartsGateway were swift with the search and found me a match with Mintech spares but unfortunately they overcharged me by £100 and sent me a faulty ecu unit that had water damage and broken pins although I specifically asked if it had water damage or broken pins and was assured that it didn’t. So I had to pay to return the item and wait for a refund but the postage cost was returned to me, I still had to endure the inconvenience. Avoid Mintech spares at all costs”

“I had not previously used PartsGateway and came accross them searching for a specific electron control item for a van. After signing up they were quick to upload my message and i received a quote from a specialist breaker within 24 hours. I only received the one quote and this was the item I had been searching for. A very good service from PartsGateway and the supplier. I would definitely use them again.”

“Hi Parts Gateway , The part I ordered arrived yesterday , it was badly damaged , not well packaged at all and I am unable to install it. The part was not bubble wrapped to protect it, instead small cardboard boxes used for protection surrounding it, unfortunately this was not adequate and the tip of the red plastic moulding snapped off in transit. Can you please refund my money to me and also inform me of what you want me to do with the now useless part ? Regards Daniel Campbell”
