“not receved my parts yet no tracking no to trace parcel”

“Order replacement passenger window for Dacia Duster. Arrived within 2-3 working days as promised and intact as well packaged. Only negative was no tracking updates from courier used so lucky delivery occurred when at home.”

“I ordered a replacement seatbelt and stalk for my 1964 VW reg HX64 UADGolf from two of your members. One sent me just the seatbelt the other sent me just the stalk. I had tried to contact both of these sellers by phone and email, and neither has taken the trouble to contact me. So to say I am not impressed by the service I received is an understatment. “It was an easy process, i rang up to to check if the colour was the same has my car, the man said yes. I thought great, i asked if i could order with him over the phone he told me no and to go back to the website to order it. I am a customer service advisor, i was blown away, i thought how rude, his customer service was none”

“I've used the service twice in the last 6 weeks to source 2 car parts. The service is superb at searching and putting you in contact with breakers yards. The breakers in both instances have been first class in their service supplying me with the two requested parts.
