Hi. Sorry for delay in sending. Part arrived in good time. We didn't however real use that now uk are not in the eu we would have to pay any ther 21e to collect it. Maybe it would be wise for customers be reminded of that. Not your problem though. Carol and Richard

I paid for the gearbox on Monday 24th January and the delivery was 2 - 3 days so was expecting delivery Thursday 27th or Friday 28th when it didn't arrive i emailed to ask where the gearbox was and was told that the courier had lost it . They then said they had another gearbox that needed removing from another van so would remove it and sent out to me asap . I received an email on Wednesday 2nd Febuary saying it had been depatched . I sent 3 emails on 4th , 7th & 9th asking where the box was or a tracking number for the gearbox with no reply at all . Today Friday 11th the gearbox turned up and as i'm off with covid my work mate was asked to pay an extra £66 customs which i wasn't informed about when i paid for the gearbox so i told my mate to refuse the box and send it back . Currently awaiting full refund after dreadful customer service.

Part. Arrived broken sent back with couriers and then notified PartsGateway it then took them 5 days to be told they had reimbursed me

Provided excellent effient service .Gave details in the evening of part I required. The next morning had contacts of people with spares available which I ordered one of them . Had spares in my hand 48 hours later.

I was surprised how easy it was to find the wheel I required. The photos of the wheel were clear so I could see the condition which gave me confidence in buying. The delivery service was 1st class too
