I got many quotes and I ordered the part from a company named Just Renaults Ltd (Order ID 2367525), the delivery was quick but the part I need (tool kit) was incomplete, the parts missing were the exact parts that I have missing in my own tool kit. I emailed these people with an attached photo of the kit which is shown in the Renault Manual with the parts that I require that were missing clearly marked. I have since emailed a follow up requesting an acknowledgement but both emails have been ignored, as you can imagine I am not very impressed as they have my money and I don't have the parts that I need.

Worse company ever I bought this gearbox from one of the multi car parts I raise n issue to parts getaway they did nothing faulty part no refund very bad company never recommended!!!

I have still to have the part delivered. I received an e mail advising me that there was a problem with my address.I phoned and was asked to confirm the post code,bearing in mione it is already a week late and was dispatched with no problems.The agent advised me they had a G instead of a J at the end of the post code and it would arrive within 24 hours.That was 3 days ago. I checked the invoice which had the correct address. Hardly inspires confidence.!! My granddaughter now has to post it on to me in France where I live as i have returned home.

The parts sent where not for the Saab 9-5,they where for the 9-3 the parts where sent back the next day and I am still waiting for my full refund which as not occurred as promised by Neo Brothers!!!

Long life parts sent me a rusty part with broken of brackets and rusted parts barley usable they said they would send me another one but not received it yet

I ordered what I thought were new parts, I got a phone call Saturday 27th Aug to say they did not have parts as they kept breaking when they tried to remove them. When I said I didn't want used he said he would give me a refund, then I got e-mail to say parts dispatched, so far no parts or refund

I ordered an engine for a Suzuki SX4 S Cross from Hydrate Motor Spares from yourselves and a Suzuki SX4 engine was sent ..... not a Suzuki SX4 S Cross..... the seller had no idea that they were two different cars !!! I had to go through PayPal and raise a dispute which was awarded in my favour, but I have to pay for the return of the engine which leaves me out of pocket for £55.20...... The wrong engine was sent, so it should be the seller that should be paying the return cost. Therefore, dealing with yourselves was not a pleasant experience and cannot honestly recommend Parts Gateway to anyone, but advise people to avoid at all cost. VAG shack - I put specific part details, they sent me the wrong item, they will not contact me regarding my refund and collection of their part. This has been going on for months and i'm left with their grubby wheel in my hallway that I cannot do anything with. Extremely annoyed and will not be using Partsgateway Again!!!

I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. They assured me 1-2 days delivery and I'm now into my 3rd week of waiting for the part. I have been passed from pillar to post and chasing this when it was not my problem to do so. Seriously unhappy with the service. Good luck, you're going to need it if you deal with these people

Parts (exhaust strap) was in poor condition - lots of surface corrosion, just as bad as the one I wanted to replace.
