“Not impressed. I had to order the part twice. The first seller said they had the part, I paid and they then got in touch and said they didn't have it after all. They were polite and apologetic and refunded my money. The second seller (Ted4 parts) confirmed that the part was fully working but when it arrived was the wrong part. I am in the process of negotiating a refund. This has wasted a lot of time and does not inspire me to use Parts Gateway again.”

“Excellent except for over wrapped parcel so much parcel tape, plastic, I could not recycle the cardboard box. A petty niggle but paper tape is available. Otherwise great job.”
