The fog light arrived promptly. The box was damaged in transit. When I collected my car the garage informed me the light fitting was missing a fixing lug and the fog light must have been sent damaged as the lug wasn't anywhere to be seen. Luckily the light could be attached despite this.

Hopeless, useless!!! No contact from seller after a week and to top it all partsgateway can't find my Id on the system. Going to get my money back via PayPal. Wasted a week of my time with a vehicle off road

The order was not delivered, rang up many times to get a tracking number but it was not provided. Was told to wait and I will be emailed everytime I rang but it was a lie. Not a good service what so ever. Not professional.

I was sent a part that was not the one in the picture, it is rusty,dented and painted the wrong colour in patches with a paint brush! Its actually worse than the part on the vehicle and i have paid £48 and cant get a reponse from the seller so really poor service and i have been conned!!

I was searching for a door handle by registration number. I've found one, ordered it and they send me a door handle that doesn't fit my car?! I emailed to send it back and ask for a refund but no reply. Not happy

Your product is fine and I have eventually received both items however Tuffnells have let you down very badly. The delivery was advertised as next day guaranteed but due to the current situation I understand that might not have been possible. Ordered on Tuesday and Tuffnells delivered package two out of two packages and had no idea where the first one was. I had intended to pack a house up on the weekend of 20/21 June. I eventually got in touch with real person at Tuffnells (Aaron at Belvedere) who assured me it could be delivered to an address in Gillingham on Monday 22 June. I contacted them and they said they would reroute it to Bromley for Wednesday. On Monday i had a email saying it was on its way but they delivered it to the Bromley address where it was not signed for and just left outside unattended until I returned home on Tuesday(23 June) evening. Utterly appalling service ! So much so if I ever need any more I will go to a competitor

I bought a part from JF recoveries in Rochdale and they supplied the wrong part, I sent it back on 31 st of March !!They would have got it within 4 days max , and I've just had my visa bill which has not been credited the £29.99 . I will not be using your site again until this is sorted to my complete satisfaction .

This is a very unprofessional business. I have been sent a wrong part. I expected as professional they would have sent the correct part. I sent a message and the only one liner I got was just send the part back to them. Now, the problem for me is that I've to spend a big amount on postage and then who know about the refund. Please don't cheat people like this. If you are not sure which part (in my case a rear light) will fit the particlar car why don't you ask for a photo etc. Then, their courier did not take any signature, just left the parcel with neighbours which I could not check. I requested if you can arrange a collection from my address but I have not received any response. Very disappointed and a rip off. I lost money for nothing. I'll advise people to not order from partsgateway.

I ordered a parking sensor from JagRar and I supplied a photo of exactly what I needed. A sensor arrived and was the wrong type. It was visually different. I contacted the seller who said they would exchange for the correct part once I had returned the other one. I paid £4.55p to return it. I was then told they didn't have the correct part and was refunded. I sent the receipt for return postage, but was not refunded for this. Very disappointed!

Hi I ordered hinges for ford van received wrong hinges have called twice and been told someone would call me back later that day didn’t happen either time my order ref is DJ 00144541 so not very happy V
