Parts gateway supplied me with a few parts site to choose from. Please do not make the wrong choice. I picked Sal -ford and Vauxhall parts to supply me with a steering pump for mk 4 mondeo. I paid £88 and they sent wrong pump. I returned pump and all phone calls and texts are either ignored or I am fobbed off. After posting wrong part off I am now nearly £100 out of pocket. This was over 2 months ago. Don't be scammed like me and stay well clear.

We have contacted Sal-Ford Vauxhall Parts on your behalf who have issued the following statement:- "Dear Customer, We have all records showing your order aswell as telephone calls exchanged. Your part has never been returned to us, our dispatch team has confirmed this. When you was asked in relation to tracking details these could not be supplied,if you manage to find the required information please contact us at your earliest convenience."

Door sent in different colour to request and they never stated it was covered in dents nearly as bad as the one I was replacing. Door had smashed glass all inside door was very poor standard indeed. Won't use again

Hello, I placed an order on the 19th August. I was advised on the 25th that the headlight unit would be delivered between 8-5 25th August. This did not happen maybe due to the fact I hadn't correctly given them my house number. When I rang to get this confirmed and give you this information I was hung up on twice. Not acceptable! The headlight unit was finally delivered today but the driver on the 26th and was not willing to hang around for my husband to check the part. He was forced to sign for it or have it taken back. Not acceptable! He signed for it and when he finally got into the packaging he discovered it was the wrong headlight unit. I requested the drivers side and you sent the passenger side. The part came wrong and days late!!!! I know that's usually the case with internet orders so I paid special attention to it and called supplier directly with the car details (that they had from the reg. no. anyway) to confirm that is the right part and was assured that "YES of course is the right part!" Of course it came wrong from different model and my mechanic had to modify and weld the part with costing me extra! Very bad experience overall.

One part was not working and I phone and they said that all parts wears working when they left for When I recivrd them my mani a told that one is not working I was told to Send back but to sena back will cost me again

I ordered a pair of front door seals for my car. When they arrived, one had a rubber finish, matching the current ones, whilst the other had a velvet finish and is unsuitable for purpose. Moreover, both were almost as badly worn as those needing replacing. Overall, very disappointing!

I was sent the rong part when I phone up he sead it was me I told im to look at the email I sent the part last saturday I am still waiting for my back door lock mr palmer

The part didn't work,I had no invoice and when I rang up for the address they gave me a false one,they are in Manchester120 miles away.salford and ford.i will never buy any car part online again.260 pounds wasted.

Ordered part last wed for delivery thur to get fitted by garage as exhaust fumes in car. Not delivered Thursday,, parcel force website says sent to wrong depot, then Friday I get a text to say it will be delivered today, no show. Same again Saturday., I rang company who were very unhelpful and didn't return calls 3/4 times, spoke to someone else Monday who said they had spoke to parcel force and they had found parcel, still waiting !!!

We have checked with the seller (Sal-Ford and Vauxhall Spares Ltd) who states that the item was signed for at 18:46 on 12 May 2015. Parcelforce tracking reference BJD8270128001confirms this.

The garage has just told me that the starter motor I supplied was rubbish and would have caused even more damage to the fly wheel. I therefore regret having purchased it. I will now seek to get my money back.

Ordered a small part via parts gateway ( jaguar wheel logo) over SEVEN days ago. I have paid for next day delivery ( extortionate cost) and yet no delivery. I have e-mailed parts gateway twice now without a response and am getting very angry......... This is not a good reaction from a first time customer. I don't think I will recommend this company to anyone, given this pathetic excuse for service.

The seller acted very unprofessional. I had to seek recourse with pay pal to get my refund. He sent me a wrong item and claimed I had given him the wrong specification. He did not have a clear return policy and told me to send it back through the post office and @£3.00 despite the fact that he had charge me £9.60 for packaging and shipping. I paid £4.89 for postage and he said he won't refund me postage. On the 27th he phoned and told me he wouldn't refund me because the item got to him broken. Why did he fail to read the specification resulting in sending me the wrong item.?Why did he try to blame for giving him wrong specification yet it's him who picked the specifications on parts gateway website.?Why should I pay postage for the faults he made?I need my £4.89 postage because it was my fault failure to which I will be very septic to deal with sellers under parts gateway.

we ordered this wheel over 4 weeks ago and still I am chasing and we have not received the item. 4 weeks they have had our money and 4 weeks I am still waiting for goods. Am going to be asking for full refund if item does not arrive by 27th April, Poor communication.

Dear partsgateway, I am sorry to report that I will have to file a complaint with you and the provider of the part I purchased. I hope it was not intentional by the bradgate company but if so I may need to escalate the problem. I required the front (bonnet) logo/maker of the nissan almera tino which is made of steel and has two screws/metal rods with which to attach it. What was sent to me is the rear boot logo which you stick with adesive and is made of plastic. Thus you or they have got it completelly wrong! In summary I want a full refund including transport and will send back the piece in its box to the destinary with charges to be paid by them. Before I take this action I would like your reply. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your Washer Jets order. We understand the original seller (Quarry Motors) dispatched with Royal Mail who lost the parcel. Quarry Motors have issued you a full refund as they do not have anymore in stock. Can you please confirm which seller you purchased from the second time as there is no record of such a transaction.

I bought from vansparesni as they were the cheapest for my fuel pump. Unfortunately it was the wrong part so they said return it and they'll refund my money, I returned it, they acknowledged receipt and after numerous phone calls promising a refund and emails being ignored, it's now almost 2 months and still no refund.

I ordered a part for my vehicle ( ID. 26681725 ) on the 30th March. I waas told it would be deleivered next day. I called the number given to me on your email. I was then told that the part would be delivered by Friday 3rd April. It is now the 6th April and still no part. I will give this until the 8th and if I do not receive the part I will seen legal advice. I would never use this method to purchase anything again.

They state that they have been experiencing problems with their courier (APC) but have been told they will be delivered today (07/04/2015). If you have not received the items then simply call Goldstar Commercials on 0208 890 2000 and ask for Ryan.

I recently used parts gateway to order a new wing for my corsa. I had trouble with delivery as I would get a message telling me a delivery time only to find 3 days running they had came earlier than stated and therefore the wing was not delivered. When I finally did get my package I opened it to find a rusty and unusable wing. I got back in touch with the supplier who asked for me to send photos. I have asked to be refunded several times and now I'm just been ignored and stuck with a part Ive payed for but cannot use. Not happy at all

I ordered my part on day one and the company blurp said it would be delivered the next day . It is now day SEVEN and it still hasn't been received .
