I told them the part I needed and they sent the wrong one and when I questioned them they said it was the part for my van and once consulting a mechanic he told me it wasn't even the correct part for my van sorry very disappointed

Ordered a part from anglia 4x4 and sent it back with the courier have received no refund yet although I did pay for it first ! they wanted to know what courier came to deliver it ( how am I supposed to know that ) am still waiting refund ! They need to follow this up themselves!

We had to send back as not the right petrol cap was sent and still have not received the part or even an e mail telling us when this will be rectified

Was sent the wrong wind mirrors for my car after being told they were the correct ones for my cars make and model and year I found this out at the garage which is a reputable garage that I use often and trust when they had taken my mirrors off, which incurred a labour charge . I had to purchase another drivers mirrors to make my car legal. phoned Andy was told they would fit! I said that I needed to return them after a debate he said he would refund me I soon as he got them back so I returned them at my cost of £17.00 I have called him every day for the last few days still no refund I feel that I may have just thrown 270 quid down the drain.

made order on 16/06/16 for window switch for rover75cdti. It is now 24/06 16. and nothing. what a joke.

£110 for a spare wheel which is not a spare wheel and 1/3rd of a tool kit which won;t fit into the wrong wheel [all covered in flith ] at least the tyre had tread on it................

Air radiator without pictures after delivery it turns out that the product purchased is suitable only damper. Nothing will agree with the description of the quality of the goods. selling a crook, selling merchandise that is not suitable to be installed in the car. Goods worst quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

My items arived late to the point i didnt need them anymore and vouldnt send them back and yhen i used this site again to order something els i orderd them to be told two days later they was no goid snd i was to be refunded but had to wait upto 14 days for a refund why take my money to start with? One company i spoke to was extremely rude towards me to the point a manager laughed at me down the phone and put the phone down i have a mental health problem and find this unacceptable so over all im not happy at all

I ordered a electric window regulator drivers front for a kia Sorento 2006 model year.I received a passenger front window regulator.I emails company and haven't heard anything back.Terrible customer service,well no customer service.Will never use this again.Very very poor.

The part was sent out very quickly. APC were the courier who tried to deliver on the Tuesday. It needed signing for so left note. Contacted parts supplier to notify APC to post through cat flap. The supplier did this straight away 3 days later still waiting for part. spoke to APC they had forgot to put it back on van foir delivery. So 3 days later still can not us van. No problem with parts supplier they were very helpful. Only advise I would give is move to a different courier company who try more than 1 attempted delivery before making customers travel 10+ miles to pick up parcel you paid to have delivered

Give reg number thought I got right ecu turned out to be wrong one contacted mainline salvage not happy with there service

Waited a week nothing then emaild them. told me packed waiting to send .another week emaild again told me in a rude way you best get money back, then took them another week to refund. not happy won't be using them again very bad service

Wish I could give no stars. Ordered a fuel pump. I wasn't able to sign for it so neighbour collected it, when opened the package two parts of the fuel pump were broken, and the main part has a leak. When trying to call partsgateway or Vauxhall parts it keeps being withheld or too busy. Awful service. Being a student and this being my first car I have truly been done over. Very upset and disappointed and still have an unsafe car. So I am still unable to visit my family from university.

I have bought a mirror unit for my Honda Civic . I have given model number and making year . Yet I got a wrong mirror . My mate took glass out and fitted in my old unit but I ended up paying £37.00 for something I could buy for £10.00 . Now I have the spare mirror without glass and I am stuck with the old one ... Delivery was on time though ..

I ordered a headlight for my BMW E39, it arrived on time and in good condition, however it was a modified light with a clear glass lens for the indicator, I have informed KTS of the problem by email on 2 occasions and I am still waiting for an answer. All I need to know is , do they have the correct part, if not can I send this back and obtain one from one of the other companies that sent me details.
