I ordered a quarter window for my passager window,and I was sent the wrong window.so I had to go with a car window replacement company to get the the job done they ordered me the right window and fitted it for me.i tryed contacting the person that I original ordered the window through your company and I’ve still had no response I’m out of pocket by £39 pound.i will not be using your company again.ive also had lots of emails of you which is annoying in itself.

I have tried contacting gateway on numerous occasions but no response, I received an item and I needed to return it the item the same day as my circumstances have changed, I haven't even opened the box, There is no contact number or option to return items.

Totally useless company. Ordered a rocker cover, paid £50, was sent an inlet manifold - 7 days later still waiting for a label to return the goods and get my money back. Just ford were meant to send photo of available rocker cover but failed to do so. They promised to ring me but failed to do so. I Recommend that this company is not used! I certainly won’t be using them

Parts sent to me I didn't ask for then expected me to pay for a the part to be sent back that I didn't ask for. Rubbish customer service

I ordered a wheel paid got wheel on time but wrong size to what i orderd rang up but said it would fit anyway we out asking any questions

ITEM WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE CAR REGISTRATION QOUTED FOR. .....ITEM DOES NOT FIT.... FITTING STEMS ARE TOO SHORT AND THE ANGLE TOO STEEP FOR ANY POSSIBILITY OF FITTING THE CAR THIS WAS REQUIRED FOR WAS IDENTIFIED AND WAS STIPULATED ON THE QUOTE

The bumper shop worst I’ve ever dealt with no people skills just take your money and run sent out completely wrong part now I’m fighting to get my money back and there expecting me to cover the cost of sending wrong part back disgusting

I am afraid to say not very well. The part I ordered was wrong which is annoying but not the end of the world. So I tried phoning many times told it was not possible to be connected. E mailed no reply . So No £35 plus another £40 for another motor from elsewhere.not impressed

On the website it says has been tested, when I fit the part it was faulty and didn’t work, and I called seller he said he has got the part, but he’s not sending me another one, wanna sell it as package. And told me send it back. Time and postage. I just lost time and money.

If I could score zero,I would. To purchase and then discover a part is coming from mainland Ireland isn't on! To have your terms as being absolved of any responsibility yet the buyers attention isn't drawn to these... massive improvement needed

Wrong part Part did not fit they said it would. Seeing that it was correctly packed and only£36 I will not be returning the part.

I ordered a wing an it turned up with more dents than the one I was replacing. Unfortunately didn’t check the panel over fully as the driver stood over me had me under pressure. Never again I’ll just use a main dealer or parts shop in my area

Didn't have a good experience, the parts dealer was rude and so sent a complaint to partsgateway and received no response. Wouldn't use again
