searched for a part and parts gate way contacted me stating there is one in one in stock and gave me a price ........ I called and spoke to a young arrogant individual who asked for a part number...... I don't know I said and he put the phone down on me ... GGRRRRR!! If you don't know the part number then how can you contact me with a price on the part??????? ........... PANTS

I ordered a rear light for a 2003 Ford Ranger and have fitted it to the vehicle to find that only the indicator part of it worked. I took if off and unscrewed the lens to check the bulbs but as i removed the screws the lens came apart in two pieces and i found that the indicator bulb was the only one in it so i fitted new stop light and brake light bulbs and tried it again but it still doesn't work. I realise that this is a used part but it should still work. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Delivery was very quick but disappointed with the quality of the parts. The discs I ordered were in a worse condition to the ones coming off the car. And more expensive than the new ones I eventually ordered.

The supplier seemed efficient and the part arrived on time undamaged - so far so good. It was to be fitted as necessary at the same time as my MOT. It could not be fitted in the 30 min slot allocated and I was required to go home ( 10 miles no car ) and return and collect the following day after time consuming modifications. As I understand it the original alignment mechanism would not fit the supplied replacement headlight. I have great faith in the garage that I have used for years - hence can only conclude that the supplied part was incorrect or a poor copy. I am not happy!!! Andrew Seels

I don't know why you are getting in contact with myself the rear cluster I purchased from you was some months ago has been fitted and for your reference is no longer mine please check you records to see this item has not been somehow dispatched again if I do not want it and can you check I have not been double charged for this item if so please refund money's as soon as possible as this is not my fault await your reply

SEND A DIFFERENT PART NUMBER TO THE ONE I ASKED FOR. PHONED THEM THE MAN HAS NO TIME FOR CUSTOMERS JUST GETTING THEIR MONEY OFF THEM. SENT THE PART BACK. NO REFUND GIVEN.

Tried to order from three different suppliers. two said they had sold less than one hour before but they then gave me the other suppliers number. Clearly a waist of time! The third supplier, PETERBOROUGH AUTO PARTS took my order and card details and said they would post out. After a week when I had not received them, I phoned only to be told they had not processed the order. Fortunately they had not taken the money. Three further calls to them, each time they said they would get back to me to resolve the "problem" they didn't. TOTAL WAIST OF TIME. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Probably my worst ever experience of On Line Shopping.

I placed my order more than a week ago. I called yesterday to ask why I hadn't received it and was told the driver had tried to deliver and got no reply. I said this was impossible as my home is my business and manned 24 hours a day. I later received an email telling me the driver had tried to deliver to the WRONG address. I then got a message to say my order was now priority and would be delivered today ....it has NOT arrived. Tomorrow I shall call and ask for a refund and cancel my order.

Not the right part, not even for the right model. I needed a electric drivers sode mirror for a 1999 Honda Civic es, that is not what I received, but a 2001/2004 instead. Not too professional.

Purchased a front bumper 17 days later no bumper arrives. No tracking number provided or courier operator provided. They can not prove to me they shipped it. They tell me they refunded me on paypal. Yet they have not. I escalated the complaint with paypal and they said no refund arrived WARNING, Do not deal with company. Most the times you wont get through on there phones. They say they have 3 lines, But I had 3 people ring and no one answered. Rang them from 2 pm till 7 pm and no answer on a Tuesday. They lied to me and said they was there all day and no calls came in etc. We left voice messages. Company is a Scam do not buy from them.

This part arrived very quickly and the packaging was great I am hoping it sorts my car out too. Since this review I have had lots of problems. My car is in the carnage incorrect part was sent. The guy in the garage spoke to Rachel last wed and was told courier would be there on thurs to collect their part and the old one off car. We have phoned daily since the courier still hasn't turned up

Huddersfield volvo!!!I asked for a volvo s80 car part. I gave the part number over the phone which they confirmed they can supply.part arrived but the part number was different from what I ordered. I called them and asked "will the part work even though it has a different part number" reply was:it should be OK sir Please tell your customer before you agree to supply it will be different part number but it will still work

Please dont buy from this company bought a alternater for my mercedes car after two months part failed Had to pay to put the alternater in the car then had to get my car towed off the moterway and pay a garage to put a new alternater in asked for a refund for the part and they refused just total scammers
