Advert stated £10.00 for next day delivery,and charged me £10.00 it certainly wasn't next day delivery,tyre well worn not much mileage left on this tyre the only good thing about the purchase was the wheel was well packaged would I use again yes but I'd have to be VERY VERY VERY desperate would I recommend NO NOT A CHANCE

I Am very disappointed as i recived it on Saturday but the Mecanic was unable to fit in intill Tues still was unable to fit it as he was completely knackered there for had to go and purchase another from auto parts which is now been fitted ive now had a bad experience and i was unable to return it beacause it was longer than 48hrs intill the Mecanic was able to carr put the work i will look else where in future i put it in my shead ready to tske to the skip.

I never collect the parcel. When I arrived to DHL point , they told me that window is broken and it was sender fault, very poor packaging. On Friday sender told me that he is expecting return on Friday /17.05/and I will get refund same time. I called him on Monday, he was very rude, he said he never promise refund. Same day I talk to DHL and they confirm that sender get back his parcel 17.05.2019. Still no one to call me and still have no refund. I don't even have a photo, because never saw my order. So my feed back can't be positive.

The dismantlers recommended was very poor in handling my complaint. Wrong bumper sent, expected me to pay return carriage which I refused because it was the fault was theirs. I emailed and phoned also sent prove of part originally ordered and got no response.

this is the second time ive ordered this part and havent recieved it!! the first time i got a refund cos the seller said the courier had lost it and this time i havent recieved it. i would like to know what the problem is, if its to do with postage we are happy enough to pay it

6 matches for my part appeared. I went for the cheapest - they called to confirm if I needed it with a front fog light switch (which I did) they said no problem - next day they called to say they didn't have the part. The next one cancelled the order as part was damaged. The next 2 I called first to check it was the fog light version - it wasn't . The last one I called said they had it then sent the non fog light version. Still waiting for a refund from the first 2 via paypal the third one will need to have part sent back. - waste of time.

Quick delivery but headlamp was damaged and unusable. Clearly been ripped out of a car so bolt holes damaged and headlamp wiring also. This was not described as such in the sale.

pathetic service. Firstly, despite sending a photo of the wiper arm on my car they managed to misinform me by stating the part they have is exactly the same as mine, and it was not. Secondly, I have returned the item back and requested refund and as yet I have neither had a courtesy of reply nor refund of my payment. I have now referred the case to the paypal Resolution Centre.

I waited a week for my part only to bw told dpd had lost it. Didnt get told by the salvage company had to chase it up. Now i have ti wait up to 30 days for the money to be refunded from paypal. Not very impressed.

I was told in a email to check the packaging on arrival, piece of cardboard that people had walked all over with workboots, dirty bubble wrap, checked contents, upon looking nothing wrong, but fixing the mirror to my car noticed that the glass itself is not connected to anything so going over a pot hole I now have to adjust my mirror and the amount of pot holes that is very nearly all the time, so sorry for this revue but I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone, my fault as I didn’t check the mirror carefully, there you go.

Worst website ever - stay away. They send out the wrong parts and then wont respond to email. currently going through Paypal arbitration to try and get my money back!

I have been advised that thus egr valve may not be suitable for this engine . It is a turbo charged 2.2 Transit 140bhp and I understand this egr valve is a basic model and not suitable for this van . Please advise .
