“We pre booked parking but struggled to find location ( due to the awful road set up at Liverpool airport ) we asked for directions and we were told to go into the multi story beneath the Hilton hotel . A ticket was issued to us with a bar code and our registration number . When we returned to pick up our vehicle the message said not valid as short stay ticket and we were forced to pay ÂŁ58 to get out , that’s on top of the pre paid we had paid you . The person who paid was the person I was supporting and she suffers with mental health problems , this has caused her great stress and is something she can’t really afford .”
Thanks for your feedback. You had pre-booked with us so you shouldn't have had to pay anything else. Please contact the airport and ask them to refund you, quoting our booking reference number as they will see that you have prepaid and will explain why they charged you ÂŁ58.
“Met a very helpful gentleman who looked after us well. It was raining at the time we dropped off the car at Liverpool Park and Ride. He kindly offered to take us to the airport in our car. We were delighted and very grateful to him.”
“I arrived on time and my check in and transport to the airport was all done in 5 minutes. On my return I called them up to let them know I arrived and was ready to be picked up and I waited again 5 minutes. Got to pick my car up and away home. All first class treatment. Will book again. I found the depot easy to find. But possible signage on the main road about 100 yds before you need to turn at the traffic lights so as not to miss the turning at the lights.

“The service you run is brilliant when it works. We had no trouble leaving our vehicle and getting to the airport but, coming back was a different story. I rang as soon as we landed. Transport arrived quickly but, only one vehicle and there were around 20 people waiting. This meant we had to wait for the transport to take the first lot of people to the carpark and then come back for the next lot, it was cold as it was 2.30am. Maybe if you know you have quite a few people who need the transport at the same time you should invest in more vehicles so that people arnt waiting around in the cold early hours in the morning. Apart from this , it is a fantastic service.”
