“We have always parked at Imagine parking when flying out of John Lennon Airport. Used this parking facility since 2019 for reasons: 7minute walk to departure obviously same from arrivals back. Always value for money compared to what’s around and simplicity and communication with staff.
Used for five years and hopefully at least another 20years me now aged 65🫢

“Driver that picked us was a lazy B*****d did not offer to lift anyone's luggage on to the bus, not only that he did not help me and I am an OAP he watched 2 middle aged ladies struggle to lift their cases. Don't think I will be using you again”
“Within minutes of parking my car I was shuttled off to the airport. On return a quick phone call and shuttle bus arrived shortly after.
A very efficient service with pleasant staff.”
“The staff was very helpful and polite.The only issue is that we had to wait in the cold outside for a mini bus to pick us up we must have waited about 30 minutes.”
