“No complaints. Much cheaper than Liverpool Airport. Drop your car off, they taxi you to the airport, took about 5 minutes then phone them when you return and they pick you back up. Nice and easy really. I'll use them again.”

Having reviewed your case, I can see that you requested to cancel your booking two hours before your booking was due to commence. We replied a few hours later informing you that we are unable to cancel your booking due to informing us less than 24hrs before the booking was scheduled to start. We are unable to cancel bookings that are due to commence within 24hrs, this is stipulated in our booking terms and conditions.
