“Great service, Liverpool parking easy pick up and drop off at airport. great price compared to competitors. Plane was delayed 2 hours, stressful enough and no extra charge, thankyou so much!”
“Very disappointed, our meet n greet on our return to Liverpool was a no show , after calling and calling the number and waiting nearly an hour , a taxi driver took us to pick up our car, and charged us £11 to drive 1 min around the corner”
Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear this. We will speak to the car park to understand why no one answered the call. They should have been answering and the driver should have been waiting for you.
“Arrived early hours of morning with children and had to wait outside for Iver half hour waiting for a taxi they use to take to airport not a shuttle as described there were lots of people waiting a long time, also had to pay £5 extra to be taken into airport even though it was stated as optional! 2 if us got in a minibus with 6 others so they are making a lot of money charging a fiver per car booking, so aswell as ours they got another £15 so good profit for them as it only Costa £5 to enter. The man behind reception was rude and grumpy. On arrival back we had to ring company as nothing turned up and we had to wait over another half hour !! Wouldn't use again.”
Thanks for your feedback. Liverpool Airport have changed the rules to their pick up and drop off suddenly. The car parks are quickly adjusting to this change and are not profiting from charging from the barrier charges.

“Transfer to liverpool airport was great. No problems. However pick up from drop off point didn't happen. Rang, and were told to go to a different location. Waited ages, and after another phone call we were collected. Told we should have received an email regarding change of pick up point. We weren't. Took over 1 hour after landing to get to our car.”
“Given wrong phone contacts, so when tried to ring once arrived back, mobile number was out of reach and no one picked up land line. I mentioned to the staff about it, but he didn’t seem bothered.”
“Waited too long for pick up - was only myself to pickup . Waited 40 mins . Then needed to pay an extra £5 due to new fee being charged at the aurport . The card machine wasn’t working - had to rummage round in luggage for 10 mins to find £5 as they weren’t letting it go!
Sat nav doesn’t take you the right way to find the place ..”
