“Perfect! Easy to find, smooth handover at the office. Our flight was delayed on the way home and the staff were extremely helpful . Minibus was with us in less than 10 minutes after calling and our car was out front ready fir us. Highly recommend, professional service, will be using again”
“Thought my car was parked where I left it,near the airport. I discovered via my dash cam, it was parked a mile or so away on carpark near some tile and bathroom store.
Seemed strange when I got in my car, the seat had been altered and my dash cam was hanging down. Not saying it done by them but I didn't think my would be moved so far from the airport.”
“We have always parked at Imagine parking when flying out of John Lennon Airport. Used this parking facility since 2019 for reasons: 7minute walk to departure obviously same from arrivals back. Always value for money compared to what’s around and simplicity and communication with staff.
Used for five years and hopefully at least another 20years me now aged 65🫢

“Driver that picked us was a lazy B*****d did not offer to lift anyone's luggage on to the bus, not only that he did not help me and I am an OAP he watched 2 middle aged ladies struggle to lift their cases. Don't think I will be using you again”
