“Terrible, parked indoors and left key. Came back to car outside, flattened tyre, petrol used up and battery flat. Staff didn't have a clue about how to jump start a car then complained they had other customers backing up when trying to help. But they just went back in their office, put their feet up and watched the BBC player. Was left to call RAC at 2am waiting for help which eventually came at 4.30 and had to sleep in my car.

“Appeared a little chaotic and wasn’t easy to find with postcode. However the guy at the counter was working alone and was calm which helped us as it was first time using the service.
The extra £5 charge for what we were informed was the ‘“barrier opening’’ at the airport we felt was a rip off as there were six other passengers onboard the minibus so at least £15 to lift the barrier , I don’t think so🤔🤔overall though good service 👍”
“This ticked all the boxes, did what it said and no issues with the pick hand drop off. Just a few little things you need to know. There’s an extra £5 charge on arrival. You wouldn’t walk to the airport in 10 mins so don’t see this as an option. Lastly, satnav sent you to the other end of the industrial estate DO NOT SATNAV.
If in 2 parking are reading this why not just say where you are, landmark, next to , etc.

“This car park is very close to John Lennon Airport and the only problem i had was having to pay another £5 when i had already paid for parking to get through the barrier at the Airport this should be inxluded in the cost as parking is dear enough anyway without extra charge .”
