“straight forward really,paid online turned up gave details handed over the key,waited 5mins then got took to airport 5mins away,once arrived back at Liverpool Airport just phoned to say we're ready to be picked up,same again 5min wait&picked up,affordable price no messing about taken to&from airport within minutes,gets my thumbs up”
Thanks for your feedback. You should have not paid anything further if you parked between the times on your booking as you had prepaid. You will be entitled to get a refund from the airport for this. Please contact them quoting your booking reference from ourselves to get this sorted.
