“No issues with Parking Up. Booking process easy and good communication. My only issue is whether Parking Up vet the parking providers they use. We booked Imagine at Liverpool airport through Parking Up. Not as advertised and would never use them again. Looking at reviews, lots of other people have had bad experiences with Imagine.”
“Car park is in a secured yard with staff dropping/picking up clients to and from airport.
We were picked up within 10mins of calling after collecting our suitcases.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We will definitely be using again in the future.”

“Brilliant and easy service all the boys seemed really nice decent blokes personally the only thing that let the overall service down is that they seemed to only have 2x shuttle transits to the airport so on our return we had to wait a bit at the airport for a van to pick us up and take us back to our car other than this it's a cracking company/service.”
“When I drove up to the barrier it open but, no ticket was issued. This concerned me as the email stated a ticket would be produced.
I contacted them and eventually they replied and said that the barrier would open on exit.
So, does that mean anybody could have driven my car out!!!”
