“Not given an exit ticket had to pay and extra £8 & had to wait 40 mins for my car to arrive..I travel to Heathrow every week as I work in Europe..I am looking for an alternative parking service..”

“Found a great parking service. Portal gave incorrect number to ring for a 2.30am arrival when dropping car off, but then i realised I'd been texted directly by parking site with correct mobile numbers to call before arriving.”
