“Very easy to find. Quick handover and in the shuttle bus in no time. On arrival back to the uk, we only waited approximately 4-5 minutes for pick up. Our vehicle was ready and waiting. Just what you need after a long day travelling. Would definitely recommend.”
“When i dropped the car off and waited for the transfer shuttle, I noticed a member of staff drive my car off site. I assumed it was a temporary measure until more space was freed up in the secure car park. However, when I returned a week later and picked up my key, I was told my car was parked on the street around the corner, basically on an industrial estate. I could have parked it there myself (not that I would have!). I won't be using them again and will make sure friends and family don't either.”
Thank you for your feedback. We will speak to the car park regarding this, as it is a secure car park (as you can see when you drive in) that you had parked in and cars do not get taken off site so I'm not sure who has told you this information.
