“disgraceful service arrived to find gates all locked nobody there 4.00 in the morning no notification about them going out of buisness can you advise on a refund”

“Not much point in reviewing Parking Up as they are only a broker and, if you have any issues with the parking they arrange, your contract is with the parking company not Parking Up, so they are no help and you have no recourse to Parking Up.
We used Parking Up to arrange parking with Imagine at Liverpool Airport. When we returned home we found the car was scratched but Imagine were fairly blase promising but not looking at their CCTV and advised us to T-Cut the paintwork. Never again!”
