“Although the parking was great and secure, my only issue was that when you telephoned to be picked up there was no list of who telephoned first. It is only a transit van that picks you up and people coming after you just jumped in first. Waiting 35 mins to be picked up .”
“Step provided without a problem going out but not on return- I was told I should have requested a step but good practice would always have a step on board - you can get good quality fold up ones for between £12 &£20”
“Had a little trouble finding the place, but after a quick phone call a very helpful young man directed us. Parked up and waited 5 minutes for our lift to the airport. On returning at 1 am a quick phone call and the minibus collected us about 10 minutes later. Very convenient. Would definitely use again.”
