“Fine on the way there. Parked our car and then waited about 5 minutes to get picked up in their mini bus. Only a 5 minute journey to the airport, which was good. On the way back, the number we were given went to voicemail. Had to try a few times before we eventually got though. At 3am in the morning, we were a bit worried that we would be stuck there as we had no other way to contact them but they answered after about 20 minutes and from then we waited about 10 minutes to be picked up. On arrival at the car park, we found our car on the main road, unlocked.
Overall, not a bad experience, although could have been better on the way home. Unsure if we would use again.”
“My first flight was cancelled so I rang to arrange new departure times the following day. I just arrived at the carpark when I was again cancelled. Withe the help from the staff I went to the airport and returned to collect my luggage. (To go for a flight from Manchester).
I returned as per my original booking. I thought the staff were professional and good humoured when I was put on the spot.”

“Great location to park, close transfer for Liverpool airport. Straight forward, drop car & keys off, mini bus waiting on arrival. Straight over to the airport. When returning give them a call your car is ready to take when you get back. No issues all straight forward. All staff very friendly. Would highly recommend for convenience & cost.”
“awful from start to finish
Firstly couldnt find the very small yard that you park in, then we went to board transfer and the driver was very rude we had to put the kids on our laps as not enough room, on arrival at airport if you wanted to get close you pay a extra £4 for the bus im disabaled and had young children and think this is disgusting as was quite a walk.
The driver also said on arrival you might not all be allowed back on the bus and only one person goes to collect car for then my husband to come back to collect us , he also told us we shouldnt all gone to the parking place and my husband should have dropped us all at airport with luggage first to save room on the bus with no children.
Looking at paperwork it doesnt state this.
Also a few miles had been used in my car so where did ou park it ?
I have wrote a complaints email with not a single achknowledgement .”
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this and for the inconvenience caused. We will speak to the car park regarding this as the transfer bus is designed for all passengers to be together. Your car won't have had a few miles added. It is only moved a maximum of a few hundred yards (between reception and the main parking area in the car park)
“Dropping off at airport was fine easy to find location. Collection from airport was a very different matter disorganised waited at least half an hour for us to be collected not ideal at 3am in morning. Would not use this car park service again.”
