I contacted your company to ensure transport would be available and was assured that it would be. On arrival at 0545 the man in charge told us he could not leave the building as the shutters to seal the building were broken. We had no advance warning. My wife had to walk on her crutches to the airport and I had to manipulate two suitcases. Not good enough I think”
