“Very efficient, on time and located 5 minutes from airport.
Only negative was that the transfer mini bus was very old and smelt a bit musty.
Driver was courteous, but didn't really help with cases and drove quick.
They are only slight negatives, hence a score of 4”

“Arrived early Reception friendly and efficient. Checked in transported straight away to Free Carpark near to John Lennon Airport. Seamless.
On arrival back to Liverpool, phoned when I had got luggage and was picked up straight away and taken to my car.
Excellent service. Would certainly use again.”
“When I got back to the car, I found it had a flat tyre, so being a senior female, I was getting stressed as I live almost 60 miles from this location! The guys were very helpful & put the spare (emergency) tyre on which enabled me to drive to a local tyre place (they suggested a local garage) where I had a new tyre fitted. I was relieved to be able to get home!
