Can’t understand why you would charge what you charge for a parking space and then charge extra as we leave hardly our fault a delay happened,

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. I can see that you parked at the airport's onsite car park. Sadly, they are very strict on delays and they can charge if you have overstayed.

We pre booked parking but struggled to find location ( due to the awful road set up at Liverpool airport ) we asked for directions and we were told to go into the multi story beneath the Hilton hotel . A ticket was issued to us with a bar code and our registration number . When we returned to pick up our vehicle the message said not valid as short stay ticket and we were forced to pay £58 to get out , that’s on top of the pre paid we had paid you . The person who paid was the person I was supporting and she suffers with mental health problems , this has caused her great stress and is something she can’t really afford .

Thanks for your feedback. You had pre-booked with us so you shouldn't have had to pay anything else. Please contact the airport and ask them to refund you, quoting our booking reference number as they will see that you have prepaid and will explain why they charged you £58.

When we arrived we were not met at the airport but told that the service wasn’t available that night and to take the car to the office and we’d need to walk to the airport - with three heavy bags. I think some type of refund should be given due to it not being a meet and greet service.

I have lost over one hour for pick me up from drop off 2 which has been changed to dtop off 1 meantime. None information about it, finaly l took taxi for £16. They do not care about after you paid it for.

I have already email company about negative experience and have heard nothing back from either parking up or in 2 parked so I will never use either company again

Very disappointed, our meet n greet on our return to Liverpool was a no show , after calling and calling the number and waiting nearly an hour , a taxi driver took us to pick up our car, and charged us £11 to drive 1 min around the corner

Arrived early hours of morning with children and had to wait outside for Iver half hour waiting for a taxi they use to take to airport not a shuttle as described there were lots of people waiting a long time, also had to pay £5 extra to be taken into airport even though it was stated as optional! 2 if us got in a minibus with 6 others so they are making a lot of money charging a fiver per car booking, so aswell as ours they got another £15 so good profit for them as it only Costa £5 to enter. The man behind reception was rude and grumpy. On arrival back we had to ring company as nothing turned up and we had to wait over another half hour !! Wouldn't use again.

Thanks for your feedback. Liverpool Airport have changed the rules to their pick up and drop off suddenly. The car parks are quickly adjusting to this change and are not profiting from charging from the barrier charges.

We were a party of 8 and the bus had to make 2 trips to get us all to the airport. We had to stand outside and wait in a queue so as not to lose our spot in the line as other families were waiting too. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. On arrival back into uk we rang the number on the card and had the same collection issues, other families with young kids stood outside waiting for one bus to shuttle us all back to the site. We landed in the middle of the night and had to wait 45 mins for anyone to collect us. The driver was smoking in the bus which stunk. When we got back only 1 of our 2 cars had been brought around so we went to retrieve it ourselves. I’ll never use this company again.

awful from start to finish Firstly couldnt find the very small yard that you park in, then we went to board transfer and the driver was very rude we had to put the kids on our laps as not enough room, on arrival at airport if you wanted to get close you pay a extra £4 for the bus im disabaled and had young children and think this is disgusting as was quite a walk. The driver also said on arrival you might not all be allowed back on the bus and only one person goes to collect car for then my husband to come back to collect us , he also told us we shouldnt all gone to the parking place and my husband should have dropped us all at airport with luggage first to save room on the bus with no children. Looking at paperwork it doesnt state this. Also a few miles had been used in my car so where did ou park it ? I have wrote a complaints email with not a single achknowledgement .

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this and for the inconvenience caused. We will speak to the car park regarding this as the transfer bus is designed for all passengers to be together. Your car won't have had a few miles added. It is only moved a maximum of a few hundred yards (between reception and the main parking area in the car park)

Dropping off at airport was fine easy to find location. Collection from airport was a very different matter disorganised waited at least half an hour for us to be collected not ideal at 3am in morning. Would not use this car park service again.

First of all the directions to carpark are nowhere near the carpark they take you to middle of a road and say you have arrived at your destination, only 1 clapped out transit van to pick up about 40 people so left waiting for ages to get a lift back, car was parked in the street not locked up when it’s supposed be in a locked compound, and when questioned why it’s not locked and middle of the street we got a load of abuse will never ever use this company again stay clear and find somewhere else!!!!!

Jesus christ what a a bunch of rude unprofessional staff of what little was there had Mr magoo looking for my keys for 2 hours I only noticed how blind he was when he stood 2 foot away from my car and said where is it !!and he's incharge of everyone's keys never ever ever again will I use this farce of a company to even park my go cart pffft

When i dropped the car off and waited for the transfer shuttle, I noticed a member of staff drive my car off site. I assumed it was a temporary measure until more space was freed up in the secure car park. However, when I returned a week later and picked up my key, I was told my car was parked on the street around the corner, basically on an industrial estate. I could have parked it there myself (not that I would have!). I won't be using them again and will make sure friends and family don't either.

Thank you for your feedback. We will speak to the car park regarding this, as it is a secure car park (as you can see when you drive in) that you had parked in and cars do not get taken off site so I'm not sure who has told you this information.
