“I had booked parking space until 8pm but i arrived at 2330 in the night i found my car there and the manager opened and did not charge me for being late for the car. I was scared it will close before i come but all was smooth and excellent”

“They had to use my vehicle to drop us off at the airport. It took 10 mins to contact them using both numbers to come and pick us up to get our car. They finally answered and said they would bring our car to us. When they finally arrived the driver got out of the car and said ok as he walked off. I thought it strange he didn’t want a lift back. I loaded the suitcases and got in the car to drive home. The front drivers side wheel was making a terrible noise as I took off. I first thought it may have been a stone in the brake calliper. There was a smell of burning rubber so I got out to look at the front wheel to find a snapped spring and the top half was resting on the tyre. Unable to drive home and needing the RAC which turned out to be another nightmare.”
