“Very hard to find. Minibus to airport seemed to be very old. Had no steps to gain access. Which is not easy for people in their 70s. Dropped off short of airport, then informed to get dropped off closer would cost a Β£5. This should have been stated clearly when booking, not in small print of email confirmation. Not a happy bunny.”

“When booked offered transfer service, arrived at 04.30 to be told to walk to airport. Granted it wasn't too far but would have been unacceptable if we had big suitcases or mobility problem. Need to ensure that when booking people are made aware of no transfers. If this had changed since I booked surely I should have been made aware and given the choice to cancel and book with carpark who offered the service I had paid for.”
