“Good value but the directions given to find it were awful. I ended up in the wrong car park which I had to then pay to leave! Therefore it didn’t work out so cheap.”

Also the booking included a shuttle bus to and from the airport from the car park.
We were told the shuttle had been cancelled as airport charges.
And told to walk in the bad weather and we have mobility issues.
Really poor customer service and care.”
I'm sorry to hear this. We have checked with the car park, and they had the same dates that we had on the booking that you made. We will be speaking to them as to why the shuttle was not available, as this is a park and ride service that you booked.
