“This had got potential however the crucial last leg was a nightmare really. We were left waiting for a long period of time at midnight out in the cold due to overuse of the mini bus shuttle. Bad organisation and just one guy in charge. We had a baby with us and whilst he did his best and apologised it was not good. The shuttle bus itself has seen much better days also. Perhaps needs an upgrade.
Nice team overall just fell short at the end.”
“Staff were fine and helpful, instructions were clear and easy to follow. One slight issue was my cars offside front wheel has been scraped and this was not there at drop off. I arrived late and in the dark to collect and only noticed the following day”
“Arrived and went into the building to drop off car keys. Building was filled with cigarette smoke, man was very abrupt and no welcome or greeting. Dropped us off at free car park section by Shelter and told us to wait there for our return trip after phoning them on arrival back into Airport. On our return did exactly as instructed- called them at 12.10am, they said they were on their way to collect us. Still waiting to be picked up at 12.40am! (It's a 5 min journey for them). Rang them again and had a very rude man on phone - asking me "well where are you waiting". I replied "where you told me to wait when I was dropped off the other day". "I never dropped you off love" was his reply. My plane had landed an hour ago by this time and it was very cold to be outside for that length of time. Would not recommend at all. Very disorganised and a severe lack of customer care. Major training and improvements needed. Had used previously 7 years ago and had a great experience then (when depot was on Speke Boulevard). Gone seriously downhill since then unfortunately. Will not be using again 😥.”

The car park that you booked with have been parking cars at Liverpool Airport for over 16 years so all should have been OK. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused on this occasion.
