“totally disatisfied, the transfer transport advertised did not exist and had not been available since Covid.
my wife and I in our seventies had to drag the cases through the snow to get to the airport. Taxis apparently wil not do transfers over such a short distance. Never again.”
“Parked for 25days ,upgraded to indoor for £20 no fuss car ready near door for collection.Walk to Airport ok as long as not raining.Only criticism was directions to car park when arriving in the dark,couldn't see signage from other side of dual carriageway but won't be a problem now I know where it is.Much less expensive than multistory on Airport.”
“Good service but the car was covered in snow and ice at the rear of the car park upon my return. Nobody had bothered getting it ready for my return. I was also told I could not have an invoice due to the printer not working. Same reason given 4 days later when I returned. I will be choosing the official airport car park ib future. Although it's a bit more expensive it's a far more safer option. I suppose I should have realised you only get what you pay for in this world !!!!”

Sadly the amount of snow that came down in such a short space of time didn't allow the clearing of every car due to timing and logistical reasons which I am sure could be appreciated. If you had parked on the onsite car park, they wouldn't have moved any of it. If you still require an invoice, please email us and we can send this over for you.
“Unprofessional in the extreme. I followed the instructions to the letter on arriving back to Liverpool Airport. I even called twice to make absolutely sure I was stood in the right place. I was. What they didn't say was the vehicle could be behind 10 other taxis /pick up buses with no distinguishing logo Barr a small one only seen sideways on. Stood iehete instructed 43 minutes until I decided to wander from where instructed to wait and by chance see it. I had kept my eyes peeled the whole time. When I mentioned it to the driver he immediately accused me of lying. Sensing he was hostile I thought I'd mention it in reception instead. Again I was aggressively accused of lying. When I said I had the calls on my phone to prove I wasn't lying. I was told I was stood in the wrong place. I said I rang to check where to stand. Then he shouted at me F+?# Oxf!! And don't come back!! My jaw dropped.. Not the kind off people I want to be trusting my car to?? If you read trip adviser reviews they are very scathing & very shocking of this firm. AVOID!!! So mistrustful of the people running this firm are of this firm was Ii felt the need to thankfully inform/update that I am no longer at the address address I was at. Probably trading standards should be contacted.”
