“I have already email company about negative experience and have heard nothing back from either parking up or in 2 parked so I will never use either company again”

“No hassle, turned up at the car park,cases loaded up for airport onto mini bus taken to airport told us we would be picked up at same point,on arrival back we had to wait a few minutes as the driver had a few trips to make”

“When I arrived in your Liverpool site I was informed I would have to pay an additional £5.00 due to the fact Liverpool airport have cut the free parking period at the drop off area (not the terminal.
The extra £5.00 was to cover both drop off and pick up which I appreciate your company have to pay for parking at the main terminal but as the van was full on the departure trip and other passengers were charged the same I felt overcharged.”
“Paid for meet and greet but was told on the day it wasn't available, even though we'd paid extra. So we had to get on a minibus which they tried to make us pay £5 extra for. We told them we'd paid for M&G so wasn't paying it.
On arrival we rang them for our car, they said we weren't down for M&G. We told them we have the receipt in our emails. Finally came, handed us the car and we then had to pay £5 to exit the car park. Not very good.”

“Staff friendly. Had to wait 10 minutes either end for mini bus. You get dropped off in car park opposite terminal. There is a short walk across the road to Departures. Pick up is in same place. Trustworthy as car had same mileage on after holiday. Car placed ready to load and drive away. All good.”
“Brilliant service , we dropped our car off at the car park on the industrial estate and handed our keys to the reception and within minutes the shuttle bus arrived. it took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport the shuttle bus dropped us off near the main car park and it was a 5 minute walk to the terminal
When we landed after collecting our luggage we just rang the number given to us and was told to wait outside the terminal in the express car park
The shuttle bus arrived but there was some people waiting before us and with the shuttle bus only being a transit sized van we had to wait for it to come back which didn't take long at all and again 10 minutes back to car park
Brilliant service and a lot cheaper than the airport carpark saving over £40
I would definitely use again”
