“Not very stright forward, not sure what car park supposed to be in. When we collected our car and approched the barrier to get out barrier would not open, apparently we parked in wrong car park for duration of our holiday and had to pay extra to get out.”
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. I can see that you parked at the airport's onsite car park. Sadly, they are very strict on delays and they can charge if you have overstayed.

“Cheapest option available at the time, easy to book online, confirmation to email immediately, no issues at all. Flight home was delayed so I didn’t leave the carpark at the time I’d chosen but was no issue getting out. Barrier just went up & could leave”
“We pre booked parking but struggled to find location ( due to the awful road set up at Liverpool airport ) we asked for directions and we were told to go into the multi story beneath the Hilton hotel . A ticket was issued to us with a bar code and our registration number . When we returned to pick up our vehicle the message said not valid as short stay ticket and we were forced to pay £58 to get out , that’s on top of the pre paid we had paid you . The person who paid was the person I was supporting and she suffers with mental health problems , this has caused her great stress and is something she can’t really afford .”
Thanks for your feedback. You had pre-booked with us so you shouldn't have had to pay anything else. Please contact the airport and ask them to refund you, quoting our booking reference number as they will see that you have prepaid and will explain why they charged you £58.
