“going to airport was very good, coming back not so good, after phoning we seemed to be one of the last groups to be picked up, three of our group opted for the pick up closest to airport, whilst the other three took the longer option,mini bus arrived but had no portable step to assist step up so two sat in front. Another group of passengers couldnt get in so had to wait again for another vehicle, not very impressed, would use again with hopefully better results.”
“When we set of 20 minutes before we got to the airport, as per your instructions we rang the number provided, we could hear in the background some one saying what are they ringing now for!
We where met at the airport and my car was taken away.
On return when we came out of the airport no car I had to ring the number provided and they didn't seem to no anything, eventually after 20mins my car arrived.”
“First of all the directions to carpark are nowhere near the carpark they take you to middle of a road and say you have arrived at your destination, only 1 clapped out transit van to pick up about 40 people so left waiting for ages to get a lift back, car was parked in the street not locked up when it’s supposed be in a locked compound, and when questioned why it’s not locked and middle of the street we got a load of abuse will never ever use this company again stay clear and find somewhere else!!!!!”
Thank you for your feedback. Your car was definitely stored in our secure car park, not in the middle of a street. I'm sorry you had issues with the directions. The address / post code brings you directly to the car park.

The girl handing out car keys at the end was very efficient.

“Jesus christ what a a bunch of rude unprofessional staff of what little was there had Mr magoo looking for my keys for 2 hours I only noticed how blind he was when he stood 2 foot away from my car and said where is it !!and he's incharge of everyone's keys never ever ever again will I use this farce of a company to even park my go cart pffft”
