Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear this. I've looked into this with the car park and they had a couple of drivers call in sick on that shift so were slightly on the back foot, I apologise about this. Normally, you would not be waiting at all, like how your outward journey was.
“There were two many passengers for the van so had to sit in the back with the bags . When I arrived back waited over 20min to be picked up . This was after 2 phone calls”

“Very happy with them, travelled with 2 kids and this was the best idea, called 15 min prior arriving and in the drop of area someone shortly showed up to take my car, when I got back I called and within 10 min they were there. I highly recommend it”
