I'm very sorry to hear this. Yes, you had booked meet and greet so that was the service the car park should have provided to you. We will be speaking with the car park management to understand why this didn't occur on this occasion as that was what you had paid for. Once again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

“I drop my car off at Imagine car park spotless having been cleaned the day before, when I picked up the car it was absolutely dirty and had obviously been left outside on the road for most if not the whole period I was away (8 days) notwithstanding this the seating position was completely altered, mirrors adjusted, the radio station changed on channels, and air conditioning switch on WHY if the car is only being moved circ 30-40 metres? I,ve no proof but given the changes made on the seating adjustments etc I would suspect the car was being used? I certainly wont leave my car there again or recommend Imagine Car Park.”
I'm sorry to hear this. Yes, your car would have only been moved a few hundred metres like you say so I can't understand why soe much had changed. We will speak to Imagine to understand this further.
“Used the Meet and Greet service.
Thought it strange that you had to phone 20 minutes before arrival for further instructions when you arrive at Liverpool airport terminal.
We were told that one of the drivers would meet us and take the car from us.
Told to wait by the yellow submarine in the quick drop off and collect car park.
We had to pay the driver for collecting the car, he was late in arriving because the person who took the call didnt pass on the information to him. This cost £10 as the time was over 5 minutes, the same on return had to pay £6 to leave the pick up area.
Tried to check for this in the small print but couldn't find it.
Paid £16 extra to drop the car off and pick up again.
No complaint with the persons collecting / returning the car, they were very polite, but I do have an issue with the extra £16 we had to pay.
You should be able to drop off / pick up your car without financial penalty for doing so.
Will not use again.”

“Very good site for parking, short walk to terminal, dependant on where you park. I was in line 13 and it was a bit of a trek with a suitcase and golf clubs. Easy access and entry and a reasonable price. I would use again.”
