“Firstly we were charged £5 to be dropped at the terminal instead of £4 as per the invoice!!
Secondly it looked like we paid for the other passengers as well as we all dropped at the terminal!! But only we were charged. At the time of checking in the car the receptionist completed the wrong time of our return flight!! Which we pointed out- his response don’t worry about it. When we returned we called the mobile number we were given, which told us the number is not available, we eventually found the head office number. Instructed to walk towards the meeting point!! When we arrived back at the compound we were told next time can you provide the correct arrival time by the another receptionist, we explained what had happened on the day we dropped and it wasn’t our fault!!! Not even an apology for getting the information wrong at their end !!”

“Perfect! We were met at reception and the car was ready to drive off when we got back. My only advise is to make sure you know where the entrance is to the car ark before you go. It isn’t really signposted well from the main road. I will be using them again”
“I have used In2many times without any problems but this time they let us down badly. A 20 minute flight from IOM and we had to wait an hour and 20 minutes to be picked up. I don’t class “we are very busy” as an appropriate excuse. Sorry but will be looking elsewhere in the future.”
Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear this. We will speak to In2 to understand why it took so long to collect you, even if they were busy, it shouldn’t take that long. They are never usually that long. As you’ve used them many time before, I hope you can understand this is a one off event and will hopefully book with them again in the future.
“Service good once we got there but the directions / signage was poor. Evans Road is long with a right angled bend and side turnings. We spent 5-10 minute looking for you and asking people we saw who had no idea either! We do not have sat nav, so just the postcode is not a lot of help. In the end we phoned to discover we were 50 yards away, within sight of you but couldn't 'see you'.”
