“When we arrived we were not met at the airport but told that the service wasn’t available that night and to take the car to the office and we’d need to walk to the airport - with three heavy bags. I think some type of refund should be given due to it not being a meet and greet service.”
Thanks for your feedback. We were not aware of this and haven't heard from you regarding this. We will speak to the car park and understand what happened as you should have received the service you received.
“Drop off was quick and easy (remember to take £5 cash for the airport drop off charge) pick up on landing was a 10 minute wait as several flights landed at the same time. No problems, would recommend for cheap parking at Liverpool airport”
